Getting your documents and data out of Guardia AI.
Everything Guardia AI produces is yours to take. Two export paths cover documents and data.
Documents → PDF
Each generator exports print-ready PDFs directly from its module:
- Annex IV technical documentation
- FRIA assessments (Art. 27)
- Declaration of Conformity (Annex V)
- EU registration package (Art. 49 / Annex VIII)
- QMS documentation (Art. 17)
- Post-market monitoring plan (Art. 72)
- ISO/IEC 42001 mapping report
- AI literacy certificates (Art. 4)
- Regulator-ready compliance reports
PDFs include the generation date and the system they belong to — regulators think in files per system, and so do the exports.
Data → CSV / JSON
Dashboard → Export produces machine-readable exports of your compliance data — classifications, findings, monitored systems — as CSV (spreadsheets, GRC tools) or JSON (custom pipelines, backups).
No lock-in, deliberately
Compliance evidence has to outlive any vendor. If you cancel, generate your exports first and your evidence trail leaves with you — see Canceling Your Subscription.
Word/DOCX export isn't currently offered; PDFs are the format regulators and auditors ask for. If DOCX matters to your workflow, tell us.
