What is Guardia AI?

Guardia AI is a compliance platform that helps software teams meet their obligations under the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) before enforcement.
What it does
- Discover — the Shadow AI scanner finds AI packages, API calls, and config files across your codebase, including tools your team adopted without approval.
- Classify — a guided questionnaire maps each AI system to the Act's risk levels (prohibited, high, limited, minimal) based on Annex III categories.
- Document — generators produce the paperwork regulators expect: Annex IV technical documentation, FRIA assessments (Art. 27), transparency notices (Art. 50), Declarations of Conformity, EU database registration packages (Art. 49), QMS documentation (Art. 17), and post-market monitoring plans (Art. 72).
- Monitor — continuous monitoring with alerts, serious-incident reporting with deadline tracking (Art. 73), and an audit log of compliance activity.
- Govern — AI literacy training with certificates (Art. 4) and ISO/IEC 42001 control mapping.
